Returns
For technical difficulties -Contact our technical department first to determine if the problem can be remedied without a return. If the problem cannot be remedied, an RMA# will be issued.
For return or exchange -Contact your sales representative to receive an RMA#. For returned equipment, 25% restock fee will apply.
New equipment not returned in original packaging inclusive of all hardware, manuals, cables, etc., will incur a restocking fee of 50%. Equipment that is mishandled, scratched, dented, etc., is non-returnable.
Equipment found to be defective will not be subject to a restocking fee if returned within 10 days of shipment for replacement or credit.
Equipment received by customer that has damage or shortages will be deemed accepted if not reported in 5-business days of delivery.
NO credit will be issued after 90 days or warranty coverage period, whichever is greater.
